Going to keep this short because my body isn’t feeling well with my lack of sleep last night.
Second Silk class with SY today, learnt a few new poses.
Was sweating like mad throughout and still sore from I don’t know what.
I think I need to cut down on my training volume and find the sweet balance between my classes and strength work. Cause right now, the fatigue from each class is enough to kill my forearms and elbows. But if I let go of training completely, I wouldn’t be getting in enough pull-up work.
Anyways, (refer to previous post), I’m in the recital!
I’m excited. Will keep you all updated.
Lastly, the movie adaptation of Room by Emma Donoghue, the lovely book which I used for my EE, is out. Please go watch it and show lots of support because it’s beautiful and I promise that you won’t regret it.
